1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing Easy Fast Piano courses (Piano Solo, Piano Accompaniment, or the Complete Bundle), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use or purchase the courses.
2. The Course
Easy Fast Piano is an online piano course created and taught by Milo Andreo. Course materials include video lessons, sheet music, chord charts, and supplementary resources. The course is delivered digitally and is available for purchase in three tiers: Piano Solo ($37), Piano Accompaniment ($37), or the Complete Bundle ($57).
3. Lifetime Access
All purchases grant you lifetime access to the course materials you purchased. There are no recurring fees, subscriptions, or renewal charges. You may access the course at any time, on any compatible device, for as long as the service remains available.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing info@miloandreo.com. Refunds are processed via Hotmart, the payment processor. No justification is required. Refund requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials (video lessons, sheet music arrangements, written content, and supplementary resources) are the intellectual property of Milo Andreo and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own learning. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share access, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the course materials for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. Sharing your account credentials, distributing course materials, or reselling access in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The course is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide effective teaching materials, individual results may vary depending on practice consistency, prior experience, and other factors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
8. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Hotmart, an independent third-party payment processor. Your payment information is handled exclusively by Hotmart and is subject to their terms and privacy policy. We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card or banking information.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page, with the “Last updated” date reflecting the change. Continued use of the course after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the course shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
